Food Allergy Disclaimer
Order Area - Catchment Any orders that fall out of our catchment area (Melbourne Metro 10km radius) may incur a special delivery charge. There is a fixed charge of $2.00 per km travelled. Please note that might be an increase in rates on Public holidays.
Loss and Damage The client is wholly responsible for all equipment hired from the time of delivery until collection. The client should, in their own interest, ensure that all such equipment is returned. Any breakages, loss or damage will be charged to the Client at full replacement cost.
Staff Hiring If staff are required and invoiced as a separate item, they are charged at a session rate (4 hour session), any extra hours worked are charged at the hourly rate. Additional hours incurred on a function will be charged after the event.
Cancellation Any cancellation of an event by the client must be notified to We Cook 4 U as soon as possible in writing. In the event of a cancellation, from the booking time to the 48 hours prior the function (this apply only for events of three thousand dollars and under in value) and for two weeks prior the function for events above the three thousants dollars of value, the 30% deposit will be withheld as an administration fee. A re-booking option will be available (one time only). If a cancellation is made within 48 hours prior to the function, there will be no refund of the monies paid.
Liability We Cook 4 U will be not liable of any accident that might happen during the event, if it is caused by the client or their guests. |
