Our private, comprehensive, hands-on master classes are a unique gourmet experience which will take you from making pasta and traditional Italian sauces to portioning, marinating and cooking various types of meats and fish.

We accept group bookings of 10 - 14 people only and the class is held privately for your group.

  • Agnolotti - Filled pasta with Roasted pumpkin & pine nuts served with a crispy sage and butter sauce
  • Fettuccini al Pesto with shaved Parmigiano
  • Gnocchi Ragu' - Slow cooked beef in Napoli sauce with fresh herbs

  • Home-Made Ravioli filled with fresh herb ricotta, cooked in a wild mushrooms & walnut butter sauce

  • Atlantic Salmon baked with salsa verde, served on a radicchio and chat potato salad
